Review based upon cleanliness, customer service, product quality. We make a weekly trip to this store. Their customer service is top notch. The owners and their staff are just incredible people. They have 5 different stations for self service water jug filling indoors and 2 spots right outside. They have 3 different ice options, large bag, small bag and a block ice. There is a wall of candy options, many nostalgic from the good ole days. They offer a very impressive Hawaiian ice and ice cream choices. This is really a great spot to bring the family after an early dinner for a quick treat. In the summer, this place is a must with the heat.

The owners are very nice and helpful. They are very kind and always willing to help. Their friendliness and kindness is what keeps me coming back. The store is very clean and provides a variety of services from water to candy to shaved ice. I would recommend Water and Ice to anyone, especially if you need to fill up watercooler bottles. A true staple of Ahwatukee Foothills.

Great hours of operation. ALWAYS willing to accommodate and make sure the customer is taken care of. Amazing community involvement by the owners. They support many local schools and activities. Great selection of treats and ice cream and water. This is the only place I get water from!!

Alkaline water available as well as candy and other treats. Nice and clean establishment. Family owned very friendly! Will come again. They are open till 9pm right next to Safeway. The kids got some interesting candy.
